The History Behind ABS Auto Auctions

Founded in 1992 by our President, Tom Harmon, ABS has evolved from the humble beginnings of a single bid sale in San Bernardino, CA to one of the nation's largest "Sealed-Bid" auto auctions. ABS has since grown to 10 bid sale locations in the Southwest United States (California, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona) and one Booksheet Sale location in Southern California. Furthermore, ABS opened its own finance company, ABS Finance, which provides flooring lines to our business partners from $10,000 up to $1,000,000.

Each of our platforms creates a unique buzz around a car offering multiple opportunities to buy and sell a car! Our system consistently delivers the most money for your wholesale inventory in the least amount of time. Our time-proven processes, technology and innovative systems allow us to deliver world-class customer service.

Currently, over 2,000 business partners buy and sell over 40,000 vehicles a year. ABS Auto Auctions employs over 250 people in four states at 11 different locations including our state-of-the-art corporate facility and Frontline Live theater located in Corona, CA.
